You will provide an ad-hoc cleaning service - as and when instructed on rentals, including
sweeping and mopping floors, including terraces, and vacuuming clean carpets/mats.
washing and dry polishing all kitchen work surfaces.
dusting, wiping and dry polishing all horizontal surfaces.
cleaning, sanitising all bathroom facilities and replenishing all supplies.
The cost of any other cleaning services such as window cleaning, deep cleaning (Spring Clean) will be agreed between us at the time of any request.
Laundry Service – You will provide an ad-hoc laundry service as and when required including removing, laundering, pressing and replacing all Bedding and other linen including Towels and Teacloths
